Implementation Manager

Implementation Managers play a critical role in introducing the CultureWise Operating System™ to the entire workforce of each new client organization, through highly engaging rollouts, both onsite and virtually.

Objectives of this Role

  • Manage a smooth transition from point of sale to company-wide adoption of the CultureWise Operating System™
  • Coordinate all logistics necessary to deliver engaging and insightful rollout meetings for the purpose of introducing employees to the CultureWise Operating System™
  • Provide a smooth handoff to Account Management for ongoing supplemental product sales and support


  • Work closely with Sales Executives to provide a smooth transition for new clients
  • Conduct virtual leadership kick-off meetings to begin the implementation process
  • Help clients select and finalize their Fundamentals™
  • Maintain an accurate, detailed, and up-to-date New Client Implementation pipeline
  • Coordinate supplemental products or services to be included prior to employee rollouts
  • Conduct on site and virtual employee rollouts
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to maximize referral opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 years of business experience, including client interaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM. Experience with HubSpot a plus
  • Unwavering personal integrity
  • Ability to travel an average of 6-8 nights/month to client meetings


  •  Competitive starting salary
  • 1st year commission potential of an additional $5-$10k, and more thereafter
  • Quarterly profit-sharing
  • $400/month contribution to healthcare coverage
