One runs the events.
One builds the culture.

Wavy is a well-built tool for a real problem: People teams juggling town halls, socials, ERGs, and offsites across disconnected tools. It centralizes the logistics, automates the invites and surveys, and reports attendance and satisfaction. It measures how an event landed. CultureWise decides what your culture is, teaches it one behavior at a time, and gives every manager something to run this week.

Common questions

Isn't Wavy also a "culture operating system"?

Wavy uses the phrase. The product it describes is an operations and analytics layer for employee programming: events, town halls, ERGs, and a marketplace of hosted experiences. CultureWise is a culture operating system in the working sense, a defined way of working your team practices every week, backed by human coaching, run by 1,000+ organizations over 25+ years.

Does CultureWise plan or host events?

No. CultureWise runs through the meetings and huddles you already have. A Fundamental takes about three minutes a day to practice, and the platform carries the lesson, the recognition, and the measurement. If you want an event calendar and a marketplace of experiences, that is a different tool.

Wavy measures engagement and connection. Doesn't that measure culture?

It measures how people felt about a program. Attendance and a satisfaction rating tell you whether the offsite landed. They don't tell you whether your people practice the behaviors that define your culture on an ordinary Tuesday. CultureWise measures that, against a standard your team wrote.

What about our people who aren't at the events?

Events reach the people who show up, and deskless teams rarely can. CultureWise runs through managers wherever the work happens: a five-minute huddle at shift start, a stand-up on the floor, a crew meeting in the truck. The weekly Fundamental reaches the loading dock the same way it reaches the leadership team.

Who owns it inside the company?

Wavy is built for People and Employee Experience leaders. CultureWise belongs to the CEO and every manager, because culture is a leadership job. The weekly practice runs through the people who lead teams.

Can we use both?

Yes. They solve different problems. Wavy runs the logistics and reporting for your events. CultureWise defines the behaviors and builds them every week. Companies that do both get better events too, because everyone arrives knowing what good looks like.

Good companies have good cultures by chance. World-class companies build them by design.
