By default, CultureWise now lets each person set their own language, and the app translates everything in real time. This guide shows an individual user how to set their language preference and switch it whenever they want.

Steps

1. Open your profile settings

In the CultureWise app, click your name in the navigation and choose Profile Settings. Confirm you're in your personal profile area before changing anything.

2. Change your language preference

In Profile Settings, find the Language option and pick the language you want for all app content.

3. Save the setting

Click Save and wait for the app to refresh in your chosen language. Confirm it saved before leaving the page.

4. See real-time translation in action

Move to any page in the app. Content translates automatically, with no separate translate button to press. Give each page a moment to update as you navigate.

5. Check that every section translates

Translation applies across the whole page, not just one part. Confirm the major areas update, including:

• Fundamental
• Daily Quick Tip
• Weekly Insight
• User comments
• Team Update section

6. Switch to another language anytime

Return to Profile Settings, pick a different language, and click Save again. The app refreshes in the newly selected language.

Cautionary notes

• Language is set per individual user in the latest version. Changing yours does not change it for anyone else.
• Wait for the page to finish translating after switching languages or moving to a new page.
• Double-check the right language is selected before saving to avoid redoing it.
• If content doesn't look translated, go back to Profile Settings and confirm your language preference saved.

Tips for efficiency

• Set your preferred language once in Profile Settings so you never have to translate manually.
• Rely on the automatic real-time translation instead of hunting for a translate button on each section.
• When training users, remind them translation covers the entire page, including comments and team updates.
• Quick path to remember: Name → Profile Settings → Language → Save.
