The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Express Program helps small and mid-sized employers invest in leadership training, while getting reimbursed for most, or sometimes all, of the cost.

CultureWise is an approved training provider, which means eligible Massachusetts companies can use this program to roll out a proven, behavior-based culture system, without adding strain to their budget.

This matters because strong culture does not happen by accident. It shows up in how leaders behave every day, how teams communicate, and how decisions get made when things get hard. This program removes the cost barrier, so companies can focus on building the habits that actually drive performance.
