Kudos! and comment notifications

Recognition people see, without opening the app.

  • Emails when someone receives Kudos! and when someone comments on their Kudos! or Weekly Insight
  • Each email shows who recognized whom, the Fundamental, and the Situation and Impact
  • Admins turn it on in Admin → Settings and set the daily digest time

Choose what you hear about

Each member picks the topics and the pace.

  • Daily digest on weekdays (the default), instant emails with bursts grouped into one, or off
  • Toggle Kudos! you receive, Kudos! your team receives, Kudos! across the company, and comments
  • Set it in Profile Settings → Email Notifications

  • Add CultureWise from the Microsoft Teams app store, then click Connect in Profile Settings
  • Send a test notification to confirm it works
  • Turn Teams notifications off or back on at any time
