The Core: Fundamentals + Platform

Every company starts with the same foundation: your set of Fundamentals (the specific behaviors that define how your team works) and the CultureWise platform that reinforces them every day. The two are sold together, because the design is only as good as the daily practice that makes it stick.

The core is listed at $12 per user, per month, with volume discounts based on the size of your organization. There is also a one-time program activation fee to get you set up, quoted separately.

Optional Add-On Modules

Two modules extend the system beyond daily reinforcement. Both are custom-priced based on your organization's size:

• Talent (Recruit & Onboard): a behavior-based hiring and onboarding system, so you bring in and ramp people around your Fundamentals.
• Leadership (Coach & Develop): a manager and leadership development curriculum that standardizes how your leaders coach to the culture.
